about the role:
weride.ai is looking for an helpdesk who has the ability to ensure theintegrity, stability and efficiency of technical systems. success in this rolerequires technical knowledge and experience, organizational skills and aneagerness to do whatever it takes to get the job done effectively andefficiently while continually challenging and improving the status.
day today:
1.as an helpdesk, you will support all division users by installing,configuring, diagnosing, analyzing hardware and software, performing bothperiodic and emergency maintenance.
2.support client hardware and software and assist in problem resolution.
3.assist in the implementation and maintenance of the network andnetwork-based applications and hardware of the division.
4.provides input and assistance in the implementation and maintenance ofa client/server environment.
5.inventory all incoming and outgoing equipment.
6.image/re-image computers as needed
7.provide accurate and detailed documentation of the it problem,analysis and resolution actions performed during the it restoration process.
requirements:
1.three yearsworking experiences in a tech support position, supporting windows andlinux systems within a complex networkedenvironment.
2.highly developedcustomer service skills.
3.fluent intechnical terminology with a solid understanding of the interrelationship ofsoftware,4.hardware, and network environments.
5.demonstratedcapacity for analytical thinking and rapid problem solving in a fast-pacedenvironment.
6.high degree ofself-motivation; must be exceptionally resourceful, detail-oriented, can workwith minimal oversight, mentor and manage junior personnel and have outstandingorganization skills.
7.demonstratesability to independently understand, troubleshoot, and resolve many types ofservice requests.
8.requires basic -mid-level tcp/ip, dhcp, dns,vpn knowledge, experiences with lan troubleshootingand/or telephone systems
9.mid-levelknowledge and experiences in windows and linux server environment
10.positionrequires after hour and on call support.
11.demonstrates excellent customer relationship skills throughcommunication tone, knowledge, and respect while engaging via phones, webtickets, and other communications media.
